On day 64, we visited Swine Creek Reservation in Middlefield, part of Geauga Park District. This park is near and dear to Corey as he has many memories of playing here as a kid. We come to this park every March for “Saps-a-Risin” the maple sugaring event where you can help collect maple sap, then watch them boil it down into maple syrup, free samples too! Anyways, Carolyn had never been to the South end of Swine Creek, perhaps the lesser frequented end of the park. Corey showed Carolyn the trails and tunnels him and his friends took in their younger years where they would crawl through one and jump out the other end into the water.
