On day 36, we visited Headwaters Park part of Geauga Park District. This park is near and dear to our hearts as we’ve had many picnics and outings at this park including Corey’s late Grandfather’s (“Bubba”) 90th birthday party there and Corey’s recent 34th birthday party there. It was drizzling but we walked around the park checking out the reservoir and campground. We also found a couple fishermen (Corey’s dad and brother) and hung around a while. This is a great park to picnic, bike, hike, and engage in non-motorized boating. They even rent kayaks during the Summer (FREE by the way, on a first come first served basis). Highly recommend.
